3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Operate a legitimate business
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pass our qualification assessment process

4. Lead Quality and Delivery

We guarantee that all leads delivered meet the following criteria:

• Contact information is verified and accurate
• Prospects have shown genuine interest in your product or service
• Leads match your specified demographic and geographic criteria
• All leads are fresh and have not been sold to competitors

Lead delivery times vary by service tier: Standard (48 hours), Premium (24 hours), Enterprise (12 hours).

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing structure is transparent and based on lead quality tiers:

• Standard Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Premium Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon lead delivery. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. No setup fees or monthly minimums apply.

6. Refund and Replacement Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If any delivered lead fails to meet our quality standards or your specified criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of lead delivery with supporting documentation.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate targeting criteria and requirements
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable marketing and privacy laws
• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties
• Maintain the confidentiality of lead information

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities or fraudulent purposes
• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Adult content or gambling services
• Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

9. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data. Lead information is collected through legitimate channels and in compliance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA. We do not sell or share client data with unauthorized third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and methodologies used in our services are proprietary to CryptoArc. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce our systems or processes.

11. Limitation of Liability

CryptoArc's liability is limited to the cost of the leads provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be fulfilled, and access to our services will be discontinued.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in El Paso, Texas.
